Finding our first home!

We could not imagine navigating this incredibly competitive market with anyone in our corner other than Maureen! She did everything in her power and worked tirelessly to make sure we found the perfect home for us. We learned so much about real estate during our time working with her - from bidding strategies and valuing a home to how to dissect an inspection report and keep an eye out for any red flags. She also taught us so much about different neighborhoods, fun parts of town, upcoming major changes to an area, and more that only a local would know. She also went above and beyond her role as a realtor at many times throughout the process, some examples being when she ensured the loan appraiser had strong comps to use when evaluating our house, and when we moved in and saw a welcome card and note in our new mailbox.
